Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation timeline outlined in the Terms of Service. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@alnoortravel.com.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Booking deposit (20%)
Customised itinerary fees

Force Majeure

In cases of government-imposed travel restrictions or Ministry of Hajj quota changes, we offer full credit notes valid for 24 months.
