1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Instalment plans are available upon request.

2. Cancellation Policy

90+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
60–89 days: 50% refund
30–59 days: 25% refund
Under 30 days: No refund

3. Visa & Documentation

AlNoor Travel assists with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval. Clients are responsible for providing accurate documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Premium and VIP packages include basic coverage.

5. Liability

AlNoor Travel is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including flight delays, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
